Melasti and Ghost Bay in Amed are excellent muck diving sites, perfect for macro photographers. Melasti (5–25m): sandy bottom with creatures like frogfish, seahorses and mimic octopuses. Ghost Bay (5–20m): artificial reef with structures attracting nudibranchs, scorpionfish and pipefish. Both sites have gentle currents and good visibility.
